Finding the right therapist is an important step, and I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to help you get a sense of whether we’d be a good fit.

You can schedule your consultation in one of two ways:

  1. Submit the contact form on this website — I’ll get back to you as soon as possible (typically within 2-3 days by email) to coordinate a time that works.

  2. Book directly through my secure client portal (EHR) — simply click here to choose a time that fits your schedule.

During our brief call, you can share what you’re looking for, ask any questions about my approach, and get a feel for how we might work together.

+ How do I know if a therapist is a good fit for me?

That's a great question! It's so important for you to feel comfortable with your therapist. Sometimes it takes a few different therapists before you find a therapist that feels like the best fit, and that's okay! When researching for your therapist, look for therapists who specialize in what you are struggling with. If they offer a free consultation, use that time to ask questions and gauge whether you feel safe, heard, and most importantly, like they're providing you with a nonjudgmental space.

+ How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions you need is entirely personal to you, your situation, and the goals you are hoping to achieve in therapy. I recommend scheduling a free consultation to receive a more personalized overview of how many sessions may be the most beneficial for your unique situation.

+ What if I have a session scheduled but I don't have anything to talk about?

Sometimes the sessions when you feel like there's nothing to say can be the most impactful! However, if you feel like you need extra time between sessions, you can reschedule an appointment as long as you do so within 48 hours of your appointment.
