Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, we will get curious about the story of your life. We will then gain clarity by exploring each chapter, learning what each holds - protective behaviors and emotions, the language of trauma stored in our body and the parts of us that hold the wounding. Next we will release the burden you have been carrying leading to emotional balance, discovering who you are, healthier relationships, and the personal power to shape your adult life.
It can feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar to advocate for your own wellbeing, but taking the step towards seeking support for yourself is a big step towards creating positive change in your life.
