I can see you either in person, virtually or a mixture of both depending on your needs.
+ Do you have evening or weekend appointments?
I do not offer session past 5:15 p.m. or weekend appointments at this time.
+ Do you take my insurance?
I take certain plans with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Optum, United Healthcare. Insurance claims are billed through Headway or Alma. Verification that I take your insurace will be verified through Alma or Headway before your first appointment.
+ Do you know how much I will be charged for my co-pay?
Since every insurance plan is different, I do not know your co-pay, co-insurance or deductible amounts. All claims are billed through your insurance account with Alma or Headway. Once you submit your information, you will receive a breakdown of costs from them.
